• Rod was admitted as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland after completing his Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology in 1990 and undertaking articles. Rod is also a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 1993.
• Rod was a Senior Associate in a leading provincial law firm in Townsville.
• Rod is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and an accredited mediator and a member of APLA, Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association. Rod is the only accredited Specialist in Mount Isa in any discipline. 
• Rod is the president of Rotary Queensland and in the past was the President of the Mount Isa Cricket Association.
• Rod is a member of the Family Law section, practice management section and the Litigation section of the Law Council of Australia.
• Rod is a member of the Australian institute of family law mediators and arbitrators.
• Rod is also a member of the North West Law Association.

Daniel Towne LL. B (Hons)

• Danny has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court since 1987.
• Danny is a foundation member of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association.
• Danny is an expert in personal injury law and has extensive practice in litigation and criminal law. Danny has successfully been to the High Court regarding a criminal matter.

Kate Pateman LL. B, Grad Dip (Leg Prac)

• Kate was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland after completing her Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology.
• Kate is a member of the North West Law Association and has in the past volunteered with the Women's Legal Service and the Caxton Community Legal Service.

Fiona Leddick (Paralegal)
